We have been advised by MasterCard that several major retailers reported that their credit card database had been
compromised. MasterCard is currently conducting an ongoing investigation. TIB Bank cards are being
monitored for unusual activity. In the event we find fraudulent activity we will take the appropriate action and
advise our cardholders.
